Recruiter & Administrative Coordinator (Part-Time, Remote)

Job Description

Weekdays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, plus 1 Saturday per month (20–25 hours per week)

Compensation

 Approx. $15 per hour (Negotiable)

About The Role

We are seeking a confident, professional Recruiter & Administrative Coordinator to support a growing, people-focused organization in the care services space. This is a hybrid role, approximately 70% recruitment-focused and 30% administrative, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and representing a brand with professionalism and clarity.

You will act as a front-facing representative of the company, conducting virtual interviews, screening candidates, and supporting administrative workflows that keep the recruitment process running smoothly.


 

What This Role Achieves

  • Ensures a consistent pipeline of qualified nanny, new-born care specialist (NCS), and doula candidates

  • Provides a professional and reassuring experience for candidates during the screening process

  • Keeps recruitment data, documentation, and communications organized and accessible

  • Frees up leadership time through reliable recruiting and admin support

Key Responsibilities


Recruitment & Candidate Screening (70%)

  • Conduct video interviews with prospective nanny, NCS, and doula candidates

  • Clearly explain company standards, expectations, and next steps during screening calls

  • Assess candidate eligibility and readiness for attestation and placement

  • Maintain professional, warm, and articulate communication as a company representative

  • Work toward monthly recruitment goals and performance metrics
     

Administrative Support (30%)

  • Send contracts and onboarding documentation to candidates

  • Organize candidate records, interview notes, and documents into structured folders

  • Maintain clear and accurate notes for leadership review

  • Design and update simple public-facing documents using Canva, Excel, and MS Word

  • Manage candidate data neatly and efficiently to support decision-making

Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or direct public-facing roles (preferred)

  • Professional, polished, and confident presence on video calls

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Basic Design skills for public facing prospecting comms.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Self-starter who is motivated, reliable, and able to meet monthly goals consistently

  • Ability to work during EST business hours (9 AM – 5 PM)

  • Willingness to work one Saturday per month in exchange for a weekday off

Apps & Tools

Experience with the following is a plus: Google Workspace Apps | Canva | Video conferencing platforms

Tech Requirements:

Reliable laptop, fibre internet, back up internet and back up power(inverter, UPS)
