Refund Policy
At Remote My Job, we aim to deliver fair, transparent, and reliable recruitment services for both Clients and Candidates. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.
1. General Policy
All fees are payable upfront in accordance with the agreed recruitment package. Refunds are only available as outlined in this policy. Fees are otherwise non-refundable.
2. Candidate’s First Month Salary (Held in Trust)

The Candidate’s first month salary, paid upfront by the Client, is held securely by Remote My Job.

This amount is released to the Candidate only after successful completion of their first month of employment.

If the Candidate fails to complete the first month, the Client will receive a refund of the salary amount, less any agreed administrative costs.
3. Placement Fees

Once-Off Fee Model: The placement fee (50% of the Candidate’s first month salary) is non-refundable once the Candidate has been successfully placed.

Monthly Model: Monthly placement fees (10% of the Candidate’s salary) are non-refundable once invoiced, but if the Candidate fails to complete the first month, subsequent monthly fees will not apply.
4. Replacement Guarantee
Instead of refunds on placement fees, Remote My Job offers a replacement guarantee:

If a Candidate does not meet agreed performance metrics or if the Client is dissatisfied during the guaranteed support period, we will provide a replacement Candidate at no additional placement fee, provided all payments are up to date.
5. Additional Services
Fees for optional add-on services (e.g., systems analysis, process builds, automations, training) are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
6. Client Obligations
Refunds or replacements are conditional on:

The Client providing accurate job details, expectations, and working conditions.

Full compliance with agreed payment terms.

The Client not engaging the Candidate directly outside the agreed process.
Failure to meet these conditions may void refund or replacement eligibility.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, Clients must contact us in writing within 14 days of the issue arising, providing details of the placement and reason for the request. All approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of confirmation.
